Richards' service makes it easy to get what you need to start an LLC. Other packages present you with a lot of choices devoid of any real explanation about the necessity of the extra service. Richard has his broken down into three packages with the price up front and they contain the more important components needed. The only issue I've had to date was the emailing of my permanent password. I communicated this with him and suspect he will change that policy so that only temporary passwords will be emailed. He's very knowledgeable and provides a wealth of information on what you need in follow-up. The portfolio he provides is very professional and I've gotten several compliments on it.

Was initially considering forming my LLC all by myself. After some online research, I realized that KeytLaw was the local expert on LLC formation, and in fact I used a lot of KeytLaw's articles, videos, and white papers at the outset of my research. While I could have probably done it all myself, I would have spent hours researching all the do's & don'ts of setting up an LLC properly, and I would never be sure I wasn't doing something wrong or could be doing something better. I soon came to the conclusion that for a little extra money (I'm talking maybe an extra $200 or so), I would save myself hours of time, and it would be done right (giving me peace of mind too!). I bought the Bronze package, and added the extra expedition fee to speed up the ACC approval time. I did is all over the phone with Ricky (Rick's son), and the whole thing took maybe 30 minutes, including my myriad of questions (without any questions/chatter, the whole thing would probably take 10 minutes). KeytLaw was very accessible from day one - most of the time phone calls were answered right away, and emails were replied to in a very timely manner. I was kept in the loop via email every step of the way (whenever a part of the process had been competed; i.e. the filing with ACC, the approval by ACC, the newspaper ads being run, etc). Yes, I initially got quite a few follow-up emails; but they were informational and informative; things that I might actually want/need to know (not solicitations - they weren't trying to sell me anything, apart from one email alerting me of their LLC book that I might want to buy); so I'm not sure why people complain about this. I will say that after several weeks those emails pretty much tapered off. If I ever form another LLC, I will definitely use KeytLaw again, and I would recommend them to everyone. Unless you have many hours to spare on research and going through the process yourself (and you are sure that you won't make any mistakes along the way), save yourself the time and headaches, and let KeytLaw do it for you right!

I have used KeytLaw and worked with Richard to form my LLC for real estate investing. He’s formed over 5,000 LLC’s so that speaks well of his wealth of knowledge. He warned me that I would receive many follow-up emails about the formation and operation of my LLC. I did receive many emails and they were very helpful with the process.
