I had an excellent experience with Dustin at Fowler St. Clair writing our estate plan. They were very professional and thorough, and made the process very easy for us. The one time we had to go to their office, they were welcoming and made us comfortable while we went through all of the paperwork. We are pleased with how the process went, and with the end result.

We worked with Dustin at Fowler /St Clair to put together our Estate Plan. Dustin was very attentive to our needs, met us at our location and even skyped with us one Saturday morning so that we could get all of our paperwork taken care of. I recommend their services - if you don't yet have an Estate Plan or Will in place, you should!

Ben Kuipers has helped me in a couple different cases. He knows the law and is very professional and caring. He got the best deal he possibly could and i couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. My life was on the line, literally 15 years was the possibility, and Ben did what he said he would.. He was powerful in front of the jury and eviscerated the witnesses against us. I recommend him, 1100%.

My impression from first was excellent. He instantly understood what the real issues of the case was and set us out on a 6 month path that was tough, but that at the end of it, brought my kids back to me, full time. My ex tried to take our children out of the country, and for a brief period it looked bad, but we stuck to the plan and fought it out, and they're back with me and my ex spaying me child support! I recommend him!

To cut to the chase, Ben got me out of a big jam. Criminal charges, don't have them anymore. He got all charges dismissed, and even forgave part of the money I promised to pay. He did everything I hped for and more. Call him up, play it forward.

I met Ben as he finished a hearing before mine I began asking him some questions and with his responses I knew he was the man for the job. Before I had Ben on my side my case was like the bottom of a mudslide. With the help of Ben and his staff things imminently began looking better. I met Ben sitting outside a courtroom when I started asking him questions and even though he was reading he stopped and took the time to talk to me and show concern about me. I actually went and asked the court clerk who he was after I had my hearing and called his office. I dont' regret it. He has a clear and honest way of dealing with things, and doesnt blow smoke. You may not always like what he has to say but you'll be glad you have him in your corner.
