Ms. Kratter represented me for my DUI defense. She exhibited a degree of professionalism and expertise in getting me a must lighter sentence than I deserved. she was very compassionate compassionate and supportive during this difficult and depressing episode. Marci took my son's case in 2013. He was facing the death penalty for two counts of murder. She called us to let us know what was going on. She started tearing the Prosecution's case apart and the death penalty was taken off the table! But he was now facing a trial. He also lost his brother and father and Marci was there to comfort him while I couldn't .She worked hard every single day on my son's case. She filled motions and hired experts. She requested for the transcripts! She always called me to let me know what was going on. I live in Wisconsin and couldn't be there for my son's trial .She is the most caring, loving and fierce person you would ever want for a lawyer. When the trial started in 2018 she bought my son clothes and i helped as much as I could. Everyday after trial she would call and inform me of what was going on ( good or bad) I had so much faith in her that I was at ease. She always stood by my son know matter what. The trial ended in a hung jury. She started working on the next trial. She requested for extensions, and filled Motions! Finally the DA offered a plea of 4 year's with the seven year's he sat already. Marci talked to my son and he took the plea deal. Marci is the most caring person i ever known! My son and I love her so much! She is a Angel to me! She saved my sons life!!!!! There are know words to express how much she means to us! She will forever be in our hearts!!!!

I can’t say enough good about Marci. Marci is smart, savvy, articulate, and an incredible negotiator, but she TRULY cares. I hired Marci to represented my son who violated his parole and all of his cases (6 of them) that he was on parole reared their ugly head. The maximum sentence could have been 35 years. She read ALL of the hundreds and hundreds of pages of my sons medical records (17 surgeries) and also read and understood all of his cases to put together the best defense for him. The judge said she had never seen a case like his. Marci did a very good job negotiating for the mitigated sentence and also for no more than one month of parole so I can get my son the help that he needs that is not offered in Arizona. I HIGHLY recommend Marci because she knows what she is doing, she’s smart and she CARES. She truly cared about my son. That matters to a Mother.

Where do I start... I got into some trouble and having a bad record with priors. It was not not looking to good for me. I was looking at some prison time but Marci did not let that happen. She fought for me and told me what was best. She is very confident of what she is capable of doing. She is not scare to speak and protect you.
