In January 2022, I was in my car while a repossession was taking place. From inside the car, I told the driver to put my car back down and leave me alone. The tow truck driver refused and called the police who also agitated the situation. Long story short, I felt completely violated so I called Thompson Consumer Law Group the very next day. Very impressed by the work of Jose Gill. Our vehicle was repossed out of our gated private property and we questioned whether or this was even a legal entry and repossession.
