Instead of calling you to talk to you it’s about sending documentation and not being able to explain what is going on! Thank god another attorney took the case and there is a case! In January 2022, I was in my car while a repossession was taking place. From inside the car, I told the driver to put my car back down and leave me alone. This is my first experience dealing with any legal dealings. It is nerve racking and there is a lot of information thrown at you that does not always make the most sense. Russ has taken the time to calm my nerves to tell me in layman's terms what things mean or what is being asked of me. Russell Thompson IV is an expert, diligent, and brave consumer attorney! He knows what he is doing, acts in a timely manner, and is not afraid of the insurance defense companies. He quickly reviewed and a few days later I got a letter accepting my case. Mr. Thompson filed a federal class-action lawsuit when the other side refused to settle. I attended the first court hearing and could tell Mr. Thompson did a great job from the respect the judge and defense lawyers gave him. It looks like Mr. Thompson has forced the other side to settle my case and when the papers should be final soon. You should hire Mr. Thompson because the insurance companies know him and they know he will sue the law-breaking companies making your life miserable.

I got cornered by a pernicious landlord for an amount of money that was not enough to retaining an attorney for and too much for me to just give away. Russesll was working a case for me through lawcent and I actually dont know if he was involved from the beginning I was working with an assistant. He delivered the final verdict that they could not help after reviewing my case, which was a reposessed vehicle that was showing paid. I got an answer, almost two weeks after submitting paperwork. The day they moved my car for auction was when I got the reply. It wouldnt of been so bad but my phone calls were never returned in a timely manner and always at least a day later than needed. I believe Russell put forth the effort to help but made me feel useless sitting around waiting for some word on my case, only to get it hrs to late.
