I have worked with 6 firms over the years. State 48 and Robbie Hendricks are a very special bread. In my experience, they completely committed and utilized every ounce knowledge and effort of into my case. They truly go above and beyond.

Stephen Vincent was AMAZING! The consultation he offered was thorough, informative, and helped me to get/understand the proper court documents necessary to fight pro se. He actually let me explain the WHOLE situation and responded with sound advice/explanations that helped me in my family law case. I'd highly recommend. He was this good for just a consultation, I'm confident he would've been even Better for representation! Thanks so much Stephen for your help!

I called at least 5 law offices and couldn't get any same-day help. Finally, I called State 48 and they were able to talk to me. I spoke with Stephen. He was very patient and empathetic and answered all my questions. I did not end up needing their services after all, but should I in the future I will definitely be calling them again.

This law firm is full of crooks. From the very beginning before I even retained them, Stephen Vincent gave me legal advice (verbatim what to write in an email) that set a fire in my separation and ultimately cost me tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees. Unfortunately, I trusted Jillian as my attorney who in the end lied to me and misguided information to prolong the case, steer me from settling with my ex, and even ignored photos of abuse of my children which ended up with DCS on my doorstep because she did ignored my emails for 3 days. At that point, it was too late, and all she had to say was "sorry that DCS was called on you when this obviously did not happen in your care" but offered to charge me more money to fight this false accusation. It sickens me to my core that attorneys like this exist and are allowed to practice anywhere. This firm does not have your best interest in mind, they are money hungry, and I would NEVER recommend anyone to use them. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of a newly single mother and putting me in horrendous debt.

They say those who represent themself have a fool for a client. I say, those who retain anyone other than State 48 Law Firm, might just as well represent themselves! Look, any business is only as good as the people that work there. The fact is, I have not met one person from State 48 Law Firm that is not top-notch! In fact, Dana is one of the most quality people I have met anywhere and Robbie is button-down and laser focused. Do yourself a favor, when that legal need arises, go see State 48 Law Firm.
