I would highly recommend Josh as your lawyer if you find yourself in need of one. He is extremely thorough with all details of an aggressive DUI defense and was very accessible and prompt with all of our communication. He was able to get my son's DUI charge lowered from an extreme DUI to a regular DUI and had the reckless driving charges dismissed. Joshua handled my case and I was extremely satisfied with the service he gave. He always responded to my calls and emails in a quick manner and I really felt like he handled my case thoroughly as well regular communication with me on how he was handling the case and my feedback was important to him too. It's a scary ordeal to face when you are in need of an attorney but Joshua definitely made me aware of what was going to happen and handled my license so it wouldn't automatically be suspended so that I would have time to take care of the business I needed to take care of. I got arrested for a dui in the slightest. I have never in all my life gone through such a terrible nightmare by getting handcuffed and getting put in a cell. the following day I was let out of jail and had to face the legal process of my ordeal. I immediately started looking for lawyers to help me with my case. I met with Attorney at law David Cantor. He wanted to charge me 9K and the whole time I was in his office I felt like I was talking to a computer were he was only giving me stats. I left his office in despair and feeling like there was no hope. I called a friend of mine who had got into a situation and needed a lawyer. He gave me the number to Joshua S. Davidson. It was late in the evening and I had a short time to make it to his office before he closed. I was still feeling like there was no hope and I raced to his office. Still feeling like I was going to get nowhere I made it 15 minutes before his office closed. I walked in and his secretary greeted me like I was a real person. She immediately called Josh Davidson and told him I was waiting in the lobby. No more than 5 minutes Josh came out and asked me into his office. I was automatically at ease when I saw his kind face asking me what had happened. He laughed when I told him how much cantor was going to charge me. This is when I new I was in the right place .To make a long story short, Josh was with me through my whole ordeal. If he wasn't sending me EMAILS about what was happening on my case he would call me and advise me on what was going on. I had my dui dropped and my DMV hearing suspension dismissed. I could not have done this without Josh research into my case and finding out facts that helped me get my case dismissed.
