I highly recommend Mr. Henry VordrerBruggen, for an excellent job of being very tenacious in helping me get my new defective (lemon) vehicle returned to the manufacturer, with a full and complete refund. Most of all, changing my demeanor from frustration to satisfaction. My outcome was positive thanks to Henry Vorderbruggen. The first 53 days my brand-new truck was in the shop a total of 4 times totaling 30 days. After the fourth failed service attempt the dealership told me they were instructed by the Manufacturer, not to do any more repair attempts on my vehicle. Instead, the dealership referred me to the Manufacturer’s customer Service. This ended up being a circus. After an additional 23 days of back and forth and the Manufacturer over promising and under delivering the MFG. stated they would not exchange or repair my truck, and sent me an irrelevant technical bulletin that did not address the issue. At this point this was unacceptable. A brand-new truck with a warranty, a great deal of money. Every time I would drive my vehicle the temp gauge went from 235 to 250 degrees, (not good for an aluminum block engine). They said this was normal (despite 4 service attempts) and expected me to accept this. No way! The truck was brand new and the problem started on day 3 of ownership. Unacceptable! Enter Henry Vorderbruggen. I did much due diligence and decided to contact a Lemon Law attorney and signed up with Henry Vorderbruggen. When I spoke to Henry, I told him I was shopping and his response was “No Pressure”. I appreciated that. I found that Henry had very positive feedback and an excellent reputation. As the process progressed It became evident, I picked an excellent, knowledgeable, and professional Attorney. In a few of our interactions it became clear to me that Henny had a great deal of excellent experience including excellent negotiating skills. If you have a Lemon and have met or exceeded the lemon law qualifications, you may not want to fight the battle with the Manufacturer yourself. Get an excellent attorney like I did. Take action! Here are the excellent behaviors and results Henry Vorderbruggen, achieved for me: 1. Returned my phone calls within one to two days. 2. Rapid Email responses. 3. Expedited documents needed to the manufacturer to speed up the process. 4. Quick and rapid delivery to me the necessary documents to expedite the process. 5. Explained in simple terms the process(s) 6. Set expectations, kept informed and up to date. 7. I received an excellent settlement above and beyond what was stated in my state’s lemon law. 8. Henry is a very competent negotiator (also check the info on the Hammer Law PLLC website). 9. Helped me with an additional situation with a Manufacturer Credit Card rewards money that was credited to me. (They usually do not deal with this but Henry notified my manufacturer of this). Henry went the extra distance and made it easier to get my rewards money credited to my account. 10. I learned a great deal based on how I was advised, hopefully I will not deal with this again but if I do, I will be calling Henry Vorderbruggen.
