Mr. Voightman I'm sure that you're an expert at what you do, but keeping a GATEKEEPER whose offensive on the phone, as myself and others have experienced, which is based on a 2017 review can be detrimental to your Professional Reputation. In the secen years which have passed, you have no idea the financial damage she may have caused your practice. You have to ask yourself, how many people has she turned away that you're not aware of, and consequently, how much business does that translate into, in terms, of loss revenue and potential clients needing an outstanding attorney? (Is this lady your mother?) I'm one of those individuals who called two weeks ago on the behalf of a friend who is a victim of serious Dental Malpractice. Had we spoken, I was prepared to connect you with her, but you were silent which is disrespectful and a discredit to the people who contact you. If I took callers for granted as your GATEKEEPER does, and perhaps, others in your Practice, I would be out of business. By referring my friend, I was not gaining anything by it, I was simply coming alongside to support her. I'm making the ARIZONA BAR ASSOCIATION aware of the lack of Professionalism I experienced. HIS GATEKEPER THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE IS RUDE AND WILL NOT SCHEDULE A FREE INITIAL CONSULT WITH CRAIGG VOIGHTMANN. I COULDN'T PAY FOR AN APPT TIME FOR LEGAL ADVISE HE CLAIMS IS HIS SPECIALTY. HE WAS RECOMMENDED BY SEVERAL OTHER ATTORNEY'S BUT WAS JUST ONE HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. IF YOUR LAWSUIT DOESN'T BRING IN LOTS AND LOTS OF MONEY, HE WON'T GIVE YOU THE TIME OF DAY. FALSE ADVERTISING.
