I think Allison Kierman does a good job in preparing the trust for my wife and I. However that was over a year ago. I wish you had told me my wife could dissolve the trust without my knowledge. When my wife informed of what she had done I asked if I could get a written statement that the trust was dissolved (several policies and accounts were in the trust). My wife said no, if I had any questions I should call ur company. No need now. Suddenly without a will, POA, and several policies needing changes has been a scary thing for me. I’m taking care of those items on my own, plus finishing the divorce paperwork I intend to file. Not that you care.

Allison is detailed oriented and prepared all the documents on time and also explained each section in the Living Trust and Will. I would go back to her if there are changes to our documents. I would recommend her without hesitation. Thank you.

I was updating my Living Trust. They asked the right questions, rapidly provided updated text, scheduled reviews (on-line due to the Chinavirus) then conducted a well run signing at their office. I felt comfortable with their knowledge of the laws and their ability to explain each document so my wife and I can properly implement the Trust.
