Pleasure to work with and over all experience was very good.

This area is easy to get to and it’s right in the middle of the town you can park easily. The front clerk is amazing and very professional and kind. Their office is clean and it is a business, but it has a home feel to it, it makes you feel comfortable when you walk in the building with the people and the atmosphere!! My lawyer was very caring and listened and I felt she actually cared about my situation and wanted to take care of me and she got things done she explain things to me when I didn’t understand very good businesswoman and she cares!! I would definitely refer them to friends and family, I have actually and my girlfriend went through her and she loved them also!!!

We first met with Zachary Mushkatel in early August, 2019, concerning one of my investments that had stopped paying me for my mineral rights in Oklahoma. Over the next few months Mr. Mushkatel was able to establish a good phone and e-mail relationship with the attorney representing Scout Energy in Dallas, TX. Eventually Scout began paying us the back amounts that they owe us - going back some 15 months, thanks to Mr. Mushkatel's assistance. Then Scout delayed once again for several months, and this too was resolved. Before the resolution of my problems with Scout, we presented to Mr. Mushkatel another investment problem that I was having. This was not resolved due to the fact that the president of Titus Properties refused to answer Mr. Mushkatel's letter, e-mails and hone messages. So, after several months we ask that Mr. Mushkatel closed out that "case" along with the Scout Energy one as well. We were very pleased with the efforts of your company, the professionalism and total interest in seeing that this client was informed each step of the process, both the "good news" and "bad news". My mom, an AZ resident, had created her Trust with Mushkatel, Robbins and Becker so I developed a relationship with them before she passed. After she passed, I worked with Matthew Gobbato to open her probate/manage her Trust and associated topics, ultimately closing her estate/trust. I worked with Matt for a year on this process and he was GREAT. Responsive, knowledgeable and professional, while being straightforward and personable. There were a few curve balls we needed to navigate and even my CPA noted how quickly we were able to close the Trust. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone in Arizona—I actually live in NJ and was able to work very efficiently with Matt, so distance is not a problem.
