Scheduling and responsiveness issues
“I called in to the office in hope of finding an attorney that is able to take on my suit I am looking to file. I spoke with the receptionist, explained all the details and what I was looking for. She was empathetic and actually listened (this is the 4th office I have called and none of the people I spoke with seemed to care) and she advised me they do not handle that type of law here but referred me to a "help line".”
