Michael Girgenti took my case after the original consult in October 2022. He was assuring & competent at the initial interview, and did not fail to exercise precision and determination in resolving the case. His temperament & concentration to details throughout was focused & well-planned. Presentation to me, as well as the Judge, was concise and accurate. Easy to communicate with, and trustworthy. I hired Mr. Girgenti after having three other lawyers in my divorce case. My case was a mess. Mr. Girgenti treated me with the utmost respect. He communicated very well and called me very quickly when I needed him. He explained things in easy terms. If I was out of line, he would suggest something that he felt would work better and it always did without fail. Everything he did helped straighten out my case very quickly. My Judge respected him and knew he was a person of integrity. Mr. Girgenti is the best lawyer and I would recommend him over any other lawyer. Best thing I did for my divorce was hire him!

Michael won my case. I was in a tough spot during my divorce having just been diagnosed with a significant disability. Opposing counsel was ruthless and I was so nervous and scared that I was on the verge of signing disadvantageous terms in my family law case. I worked with Michael Girgenti for 4 months to complete a guardianship process. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions when I asked. He broke down the entire process (filing documents, preparing me for court) so I could fully comprehend. I was continuously update throughout the entire process and made aware of any changes that were happening. I used Mr. Girgenti for my family law case. He was not effective in getting many of the last few issues resolved for my case. I was given poor legal advice, and he was frustrating to work with. Do not use his services.
