Man oohh man!!! I was in a pickle specially being from out of state. Had some serious charges brought up against me and James was able to guide me every step of the way. Not only did he answer all of my questions without hesitation, but he always picked up personally when I called at random hours of the day. He was able to make a favorable outcome dropping one of the charges and reducing the others. No jail time and probation! Thank you!!! Also after probation i can have the charges set aside. Highly recommend James. He makes you feel less stressed and will fight for you till you get the best possible outcome. Thank you James!!!

My son was facing two felony counts over an incident that was accidental and caused no injuries, but the likelihood of jail time was high. James was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Being my first time dealing with anything like this I didn’t know where to turn. After multiple web requests and calls to different firms, only a few were even returned and those that were were only receptionists gathering info, no calls after that. Mr. Novak's knowledge and work ethic are undeniable. He discovered more information regarding my case in a few hours than my public defender did in a few weeks. Beyond grateful. I lived out of town and had a court date around the corner so time was very precious, well I had some issues. Thankfully I got a call back and was releaved from the stress due to court stuff and got everything taken care of the way I wanted it to go! Might be a happy new year indeed .
