Mr. Novak was extremely professional and very helpful when assisting us with my nephew's case. He explained everything that was going on with the case both good and bad so we would know what to expect. Whenever we had an issue with the case he was very quick to think ahead and inform us of what was going on. Chris was a beacon of hope to my family at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed nigh on impossible.
