The things that really stood out to me about Mr. Novak is his availability. He would answer his phone or emails any day or time. If he was unavailable at the moment, he would respond as soon as he was able to. It gave us the reassurance that we needed during a difficult process.

Seemed to busy to help us with a simple question he was the wrong kind of attorney for us but didn’t say what kind of attorney we needed, just referred us to Bar association:( Not rude but seemed like he couldn’t get off the phone fast enough with me

He helped me with my DUI cases and as it was my first one ever was very neverous about what was going to happen. When I called and talk to him o the phone and set up a time to meet him, he sounded very caring very professionally and wanted to listen to what I had to say.
