I highly recommend Jimmy Cook and his law firm if you are involved in a traffic accident. I was hit by a semi-truck on the I10 freeway at a high rate of speed and was subsequently hit by two other vehicles. As I sat in the ER I saw Jimmy Cook's commercial and immediately did a review of his former clients and researched how other lawyers rated him. His reviews were excellent and his handling of my case has proved he has earned those high reviews. He not only gives you his cell phone number but he takes the time to listen to you and your concerns and sets your mind at ease through a very stressful time. He was always available to talk to me and his staff treats you the same way. When it came to the medical care I needed I was frustrated with my insurance company's providers, high deductibles and out of pocket costs and Jimmy provided me with alternate providers that were cost effective or accepted my insurance so I had no out of pocket costs. These providers took the time to explain every aspect of my care and provided me with excellent treatment. After recovering from back surgery and completing my treatments the opposing insurance company tried to say that my injuries were pre-existing even though I had no prior medical issues whatsoever. Jimmy fought to get them to recognize that if not for the accident, I would not have the injuries I sustained. My settlement was more than I expected and I am very happy with the outcome and how I was treated during the entire process.

She made sure our concerns were being listened to and addressed with professionalism that you don't see much today. I was referred to Cook law office by Dr. F at Emergency Chiropractic in Tempe for a car accident that occurred in May. Upon entering everyone was very friendly and asked if I had been helped yet while waiting for an associate to go over my case with me. I met with Michael and we discussed the accident and he assured me that I had a strong case. They were very efficient and everything took place in a timely manner after my treatment was complete. Russ was very helpful in assisting me and answering my questions since I honestly had no idea what I was doing. I was shocked when they told me the total settlement amount because it was double what I was expecting! They were able to lower my medical costs more than half enabling me to receive as much money as possible which for an overworked college student is fantastic. I will surely be returning to Cook law for any future accidents!

I met Jimmy cook about 4 years ago. We've been in and out of court many many times. I was a single dad with 2 kids one was 2 years old and the other was 5. my ex wife was a drug addict and would show up in court and try to fight to get the kids. Jimmy was able to get her time reduced all the way down to two hours under my supervision every two weeks. It was a very long process in and out of court and Jimmy hung in there and fought for me and my kids.

They were cool got some decent money for my brother and wife other brother got ripped but he shoulda gone to the Dr. more I guess. I shared a photo of the woman that has helped me out the most. She has been amazing and cares about what is happening to me and my family. We are going back a second time with a case for my teenage son who was in an accident this year
