Sam is not only a great lawyer but an overall amazing person. I worked with Gary Smith to get out of a contract with a contractor who was not performing to standards. I was led to believe by Gary that I could have options regarding the accuracy of the cabinets that the company had already delivered to the property. Ultimately, that was not an option. I don't feel I was properly counseled on how to navigate the ROC complaint process and was chastised when I closed my complaint prematurely per the ROC. I ended up having to sign an NDA, as not to review said company, was out of pocket all attorney fees AND he only offered a veteran discount on the initial consult. Overall, I deposited $1500 (and an additional $29.83 to settle up) in exchange for a few emails and to exit a contract. I feel he was overpriced for the quality of work I received.
