We needed a new operating agreement and I had been referred to another firm. When I found that John was at Davis Miles I decided to see what he had to say. John listened! He asked questions and he listened to what we felt we needed. When he understood (I stopped talking finally) he brought up things we had never thought about. I typically find lawyers burdened by ego and it was a welcome change to find John competent and confident but not pompous. He provides representation you can count on with an attitude you like to work with.
