I personally didn’t use Matt but my niece did and without getting the judge’s ruling yet I can still say he’s an amazing hardworking invested atty. He took on a high conflict case with a few days to prepare and he killed it. He knows what he’s doing and he is, without a doubt, built for this. I highly recommend him because no matter how her case turns out he did everything possible with very little time. I’m truly amazed how he handled her case.

I am writing to express my highest recommendation of Attorney Matt Schultz. When Matt took over my divorce case, the proceedings had been dragging on for almost a year with bare minimum progress under my prior representation. I have been dealing with a complicated divorce and had to let go of my other attorney. Matthew was sympathetic to my situation as he had a major caseload on him. At first he told me he didn’t think he could take it on because of the amount of work he had in front of them, but after explaining to him, the complications and frustrations, I’ve been dealing with. He decided to see me after the conversation I had with him he agreed to take on my case and has done more in five days than my other attorney did in three months if you need an attorney, that’s gonna have your back, and understand the complications of high valued divorces. Matthew is the only one I would go to. He was highly recommended from multiple attorneys. Thanks again, Matthew.

Call twice no call backs nothing I'm wondering if the review ratings are true

I could not be more pleased with Matt! After about 4 months and nearly $30k in fees and getting nowhere, Matt stepped in and brought my case to an extremely favorable outcome in a whopping two months. I had zero hope that mediation was going to be beneficial, but in listening to his advice we settled better than I could have hoped for. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and no nonsense. I'd recommend him to anyone!

Matt is a great attorney

I was referred to Matt by a good friend of mine and actually dropped my initial attorney from my friends recommendation. I had never been through a divorce and had never had an attorney before. Matt is absolutely amazing in court and will dig in and fight for your best interest and leave no stone unturned. He’s brilliant when it comes to the financial side of things and was instrumental in me winning my case. I had my daughter unjustly taken away from me due to the mothers false and malicious claims and went through hell to get her back to temporary joint custody at our evidentiary hearing. Matt then took the BULL BY THE HORNS from that point and worked his tail off to get all of the ducks in a row for the Final Trial Date. Matt is in a league of his own when he’s in court, and was super organized from start to finish. I ended up getting Sole Legal Decision Making, Primary Parenting and 50/50 on the home and community property. I would HANDS DOWN recommend Matt to anyone dealing with an ugly and nasty divorce!! He will do everything in his power to WIN your case!!

The attorney Matthew was very disrespectful and unprofessional. He demonstrated a very poor attitude and was cynical. I doubt very much that he is a person who can tolerate real work pressure when he shows a passive aggressive attitude like that.
