I had the unfortunate experience of going through a contested divorce! As such, I needed a good attorney to represent me. Alyson was referred to me by another Attorney I had been represented by in an accident case and I could not have hired a better Divorce Attorney! Alyson worked closely with me through Oral Arguments, Evidentiary Hearing, and assisted in my negotiation of my Divorce Settlement. Alyson was empathetic to my situation and provided me with clear and concise information to assist in getting on with my life! Divorce is hard and I do not wish it upon anyone, however, Alyson is without a doubt who I would recommend should you need expert legal representation with Divorce proceedings. Thank You Alyson!!!

I hired Mrs. Foster to represent me in my divorce and child custody case. My case was complex, the other party refused to try to come to any agreements prior to going to court. I worked with Mrs. Foster for over three years on this case. She made sure that my children were safe and didn't give an inch when it came to that. Her and her paralegal kept me informed of everything that was going on. She also assisted me with all necessary follow up and enforcement hearings. She was very personable and I felt like she really cared about my family and the outcome of our case. She walked me through the whole process and was very upfront about everything. If it weren't for her hard work and compassion, things could have turned out very different for my children. I am very glad I decided to hire her.

I hired Alyson Foster to draft my post-nup agreement; she also represented me through my divorce. I appreciated that Alyson was straight forward and realistic, but also had a sense of humor. She didn't always tell me what I wanted to hear, but I still felt she had my best interest in mind. Alyson strongly advocated for me throughout the divorce process. Alyson is amazing!! She's helpful, knowledgeable and she understands the needs of her clients. I originally hired Alyson back in 2012 for a child custody case (including filing an order or protection & order for child support). I ended up settling & coming to an agreement with my child's father (my choice) which ultimately backfired, resulting in me hiring Alyson again in 2016. The 2nd time around I wasn't going to settle, I knew what was best for my child & I wasn't going to stop until I had sole custody. She was extremely supportive. It's comforting knowing that your attorney also has your child's best interest at heart. She's detailed, organized and always one step ahead. I had an excellent experience with this attorney. She was always available for consultations big and small and used her experience to let me know what to expect and guide me through the process. My case was reasonably complex (about average I suppose) and she handled all issues with aplomb. Litigation is expensive in general but her billing of my case was well documented and treated with common sense. I would recommend this attorney to anyone seeking counsel in family law. It was a huge weight off my shoulders to have someone so obviously competent and dedicated on my side.

Alyson is definitely the best lawyer I have dealt with. She helped me sever my daughter's fathers rights. He was not the best guy in the world and I don't know how my life would have turned out if he had rights to my daughter. Alyson stuck with me and my family for well over a year and we won all our cases. It wasn't easy as my ex tried everything to make it difficult and hard on me but Alyson just went right through it and we won. Alyson is great even now when I have a question she gets right back to me and I never had to wonder what was going on with my case, as she kept me very well informed. I would recommend Alyson for anyone that is needing help.

There's a reason why I titled this review "great experience" Ms. Foster was very professional she always kept me in the know, gave me very clear instructions when she needed information from me, lines of communications went both ways I was able to contact her just about anytime unless she was in court, I would highly recommend Ms. Foster to my friends and family.

I retained Alyson English (now Alyson Foster) in 2007 when she was a new attorney to the Cantor and Simon Law Firm in Tempe, AZ. Alyson represented me in an on going and difficult child custody dispute with my ex-wife over our young son. My case had been in and out of family court on several prior occasions and I had used another attorney on one of those occasions. As my custody case became more complex and difficult I sought a change in counsel to better represent me in the matter and I retained Alyson. Alyson handled my custody matter with the utmost of concern for me and my son and was extremely instrumental in obtaining a ruling from the judge in court that was fair to all parties involved. Alyson did this while having to deal with my extremely difficult ex-wife who had decided to go without council and represent herself on this occasion. Since the original case in 2007 I have retained Alyson three more times (all for the same custody dispute) and she has always handled the situation(s) with an extremely high level of concern for me and my parental rights as a father. Two of the times I have retained her were emergency situations that necessitated extremely quick and detailed legal action be taken. Due to Alyson's quick and thorough representation I now have full custody of my son (May of 2010) and have retained this full custody through the court after legal challenges by my ex wife (December of 2010).
