“Ray is a former Police Officer from the streets of North Jersey (some of the roughest areas in the country; of which not even the hardest of characters from West of the 17 would be able to survive in). He came to Phoenix & worked as a prosecutor in Maricopa County. Ray is one of the few attorney's in the valley who has seen it from both sides of the curtain and is certifiable in that regard.”
