This company was very helpful I had questions they answer them I couldn't afford them am not independently wealthy but the prices seem fair and comparison to other attorneys in the area I mostly needed guidance and they provided a portion of the guidance that I needed at least he got me going in the right direction great company and great firm to work with I would recommend them to friends and family

Dealing with them for a conservatorship has been absolutely ridiculous. We’ve been told twice that they’ve sent us everything the bank needs to open a secure account, yet this is our third trip to the bank and that is clearly not accurate.

We retained Jenna Bailey and Bailey Law after a fire at my granddaughter’s home destroyed it due to the negligence of a contracted plumber. At the time, we were dealing with three insurance companies, a home restoration company, and various apartment complex providers we used to get housing for her until her home could be rebuilt which took most of a year to complete. After multiple attempts to contact our insurance agents with little luck and mostly negative responses, the time had come to hire a law firm to help us navigate through the process. Jenna was my first contact and from the outset was just great. She was very knowledgeable and helped us tremendously by helping us to better understand what was happening and why and what she was doing about it. After a few months, we were assigned to Jenna’s associate, Rebecca Stauffer who seamlessly took up our case and shortly thereafter, things began to move a little faster. We’ve finally settled our claim and were very satisfied with the outcome. I know that had it not been for Rebecca, Jenna, and their amazing staff, Joey Monday and Casey DeLina, we would still be mired in a huge mess with no end in sight. In short, I cannot recommend highly enough this firm and their people for any legal need one might have.
