After years of living with the world's weight on our shoulders about our enormous tax debt, the day finally came when the IRS garnished all money owed to me from my company. Let me begin by telling you that I am actual person. My actual situation may be just like the one that you may be going through as well. But when I got a letter from the IRS warning me of a levy, I thought my life was over. Besides that I needed to file for bankruptcy as I was in debt like you wouldn't imagine. Let alone I owed the IRS more than $40,000 and I had no money or idea of how to manage this with the IRS. I talked with a few lawyer's before Nathan, a BK is a big decision so I wanted to be sure it was a good fit for what I was going thru. Nathan at Carr law was the only one who treated you like family, from start to finish he made sure you new everything and what to expect throughout the entire process. His team was exceptional and answered every question so you could understand it, even at the court hearing his team was there before hand to make sure you were calm and everything was OK. It is rare to find a lawyer like this no days. Nathan has extensive knowledge and is always on top of his profession. I contacted Nathan Carr because I have been dealing with the IRS for 11 years trying to get them to listen to me, let's just say the can't hear you! Ok so I had an agreement with the IRS for innocent spouse for years 2006 2007 and 2008, every time I called them they would tell me the same thing over and over again,that I owed them money. It had gotten so bad that they were threatening me with my income. At that point I just had enough! I wasn't going to let them take control of my life anymore so I consulted with Attorney Nathan Carr. I gave Mr Carr documents that I saved for years, (thank God) knowing I would probably need them later on,and I did! He listened to me and made me feel like I could put my trust in him.
