Great communication! We had a lot of questions before and during this process. Our questions were responded to quickly, not only by Sharon, but also Eric. We highly recommend them. No, we didn't want to go this route, but it was the only way we could go. Eric and Sharon put us at ease and assured us all would be okay. They are professional, educational and treat you with respect! My Fiance, and now Husband had debt mainly to paying his EX wife for child support until she was 34 years old, still giving his EX large sums of money that she claimed she needed for their adult children, not including the child support and more. He was able to file a reorganized bankruptcy to pay down his debt, with the help of Eric and Sharon and now can manage his payments. He knows not to take on new debt due to their educational process.

I was recently divorced and had a pile of bills and at the time I had no clue what to do. I decided to file for bankruptcy and start over. Luckily I found Eric Ollason here in Tucson, AZ. I was more than happy with the professionalism I was treated with and the aggressiveness on handling my case. Besides the normal credit card debt most of us have, I also had several of those cash loans getting charged 8000% interest. Eric was more than happy to take on my case and honestly I was shocked at how low my monthly payments were compared to what I was paying to each creditor every payday. What a difference it was paying $500 a month for all my bills instead of $1200 every paycheck, that's how bad it was.
