After submitting a request about a tick for going almost 60mph over the limit, Alec personally called me the next day and explained the process, outcomes, and helped me understand my situation with full clarity. In person he laid out a game plan and explained what he could and would do in order to help me out. He made no promises but did exactly what he said he would and got my criminal speed reduced to civil speed.
