I have had a great experience with my attorney John Kuhnlein. John has been a total professional as we have worked through this process. His advice regarding the Social Security issues involved in my case and how best to handle them have proven to be of tremendous value. Time after time, John has provided me with solid and compassionate counsel that has allowed me to have a clear understanding of what lies ahead as we move forward with my case. I would feel very comfortable recommending John to anyone, including close friends and family members in need of an attorney specializing in matters relating to Social Security.

John Kuhnlein came strongly recommended to me and without hesitation I will recommend him to anyone who needs SSD support and representation. He is knowledgeable, compassionate and responds within minutes of any questions or concerns. He stays current with the ever changing landscape of SSD and in the areas of medical conditions and how they impact a persons every day life. I am confident that I am in extremely capable and trustworthy hands.

John came to us highly recommended. We came to him after the first denial and he helped my wife achieve a favorable decision with full back pay through the second appeal and hearing process. He clearly knew his business and was attentive to all of our concerns. John was always very responsive when we had questions and he was open and honest with us. It was obvious that he was liked and respected court officers and the judge at the hearing. Although he took it all seriously, his quirky sense of humor helped to lighten a lengthy and difficult situation. We highly recommend him.

I went to Mr John Kuhnlein when I was advised to get an attorney after my first denial for SSD. He was polite, professional and let us know what to expect each step of the way. He was patient even though I have high anxiety and tended to ask a lot of questions all the time. We had a couple more denials which Mr Kuhnlein had prepared us for.The entire process is very slow and took aprox 4 years from start to finish. We won our case and were awarded back payments. I don't believe I could have won without the help of Mr Kuhnlein. He did all the work and I just had to do the waiting.I would recommend him especially if you have been denied already. I couldn't be more pleased!

You never can be sure when you hire an attorney if you are getting someone who is looking to make money, (fine) someone interest in helping (even better) of both (best case) I had a hard time getting disability because I had lots of work history in very responsible positions, and a college education. Mr. Kunlien didn't make me any promises, but he kept me informed, he answered all my calls, he appealed the judges decision based on issues that I hadnt even thought about. And I was a paralegal in the past, who so happened to study Administrative Law, with a focus on social security Admin. There were many times I wanted to give up. I was working so hard to hang on to my home that had been in foreclosure, which was extremely stressful. I finally took Johns advice and let him handle my case, while I handled keeping my home. After being denied by a judge after appeals it gets very scary. Again, while making no promises, John Kunlien took care of me in his quiet manner. He also helped three other people I know successfully, who also had a hard time dealing with the SSA system. Kudos and blessings to John. I really believe that any other lawyer would have shuffled papers and told me oh well, but John worked for me, and got me my relief. I cannot thank him enough. and I would and DO recommend him to anyone who is in a legitimate disability case. I cannot thank him enough. He changed my life. Thank you, John.

I hired John to represent me in my social security case. He was wonderful. He never rushed me, like some attorneys do. He took the time to listen and to explain any and all questions I had. He was always quick to return calls or emails. He is friendly and very helpful. He does not talk down to you or at you and he try's his best to make sure that you feel comfortable with each step of the process. I would definitely recommend him!

After years of dealing with SSI, John was very knowledgeable and extremely informative in dealing with my case. My case was won the first time we went to court on a reconsideration. John was very professional and did all the interviews and paper work himself no going thru secretary's or agents. I was very pleased with his work and have recommended to others including my Sister.

Mr. Kunlein did absolutely no research regarding my claims. He requested my medical records one month before my hearing and went back only ONE year. I have epilepsy, as well as interstitial cystitis, which is a chronic, extremely painful bladder condition. Kunlein never asked me one question regarding my health. I think he said 3 words during my hearing. That was "this is her " after the judge asked where is the claimant. The judge was being "funny 'by making a reference to my looks. I "looked too young to be 60 years old. I was thrown under the bus by attorney and the judge. I should have had better direction by attorney. I would have won if I had better representation.
