I would give Joe 10 stars if it was possible. Joe represented me and was successful in obtaining a full dismissal of my case. From my very first meeting with Joe, he highlighted the potential flaws in the state's case and those exact flaws ultimately led to my dismissal 16 months later. I found Joe to be extremely professional, honest, knowledgeable, hard-working and responsive. His years of experience really shine in the courtroom and I could tell the judges respected him. I feel so lucky that someone recommended Joe to me and give my absolute highest recommendation of Joe to anybody that may need help.

I contracted Joe through (at the time) Nesci & St. Louis in 2017. Mr. Nesci has since retired, but Joe was always handling the case. Although their fee is higher than most, the saying "you get what you pay for" is applicable. Joe did a magnificent job of case research, preparation, filing motions and, importantly, listening. Although in this case it appeared the prosecutor should dismiss the case, he was determined to go to trial so we finally went to trial in early 2020. After one day of prosecutor's witnesses testifying, and Joe tactfully and thoroughly shredding their testimony, the prosecutor dropped all charges. The case was unusual and Joe can't guarantee that you're going to win, but what i can guarantee on his behalf is that you will get the most thorough defense possible. Very pleased with his work ethic and organization.

I got Joe's number from a family friend and called late at night, as I had just learned that my son had been arrested at a nearby university on marijuana-related charges. I am on a different coast and was very nervous and stressed and in a panic. Much to my surprise and relief, my call was returned in minutes. Mr. St. Louis immediately reassured me. He explained the process to me in great detail, and he knew exactly what to do. Being on the East Coast, this was very reassuring. I deferred to him on every decision, and he was right every step of the way. Though the process was lengthy, he encouraged patience, and in the end, it paid off. Mr. St. Louis identified all the ways the police and lab mishandled everything in my case and presented it concisely. It was an unusual case that sheds light on problems in this system, not just my own case, which is awfully important for everyone. He put me at ease in a situation that had me (figuratively) on my knees in life. I felt completely secure with him given he nailed detail as well as the overall picture and addressed these. My case was dismissed in full. I will never be able to thank him and the rest of this staff enough.
