Mr Higgins is an attorney who is highly experienced at swindling his clients and attempting to persuade them into accepting a plea and jail time when the client is innocent. I paid good money to help a dear friend and this was my experience. Higgins has a growing reputation for colluding with the prosecution in an attempt to have his client, my friend, thrown in jail. Higgins failed to communicate regarding updates with the court proceedings. Higgins should be disbarred for how he has misled his client and the mishandling of his client's case.
