I was physically assaulted, somehow I was arrested? I spent a day in jail and had to defend myself from a family member who had assaulted me and lied. I am soooo glad I called Charnesky and Dieglio. Dina answered my call. I think it was a Sunday, she stayed on the phone and was very caring and competent and I hired her. Dina was knowledgeable, honest and forward about the charges. I live out of state and Dina and James went to court for me. My trial date was a while back and Dina and James were there for me. They were excellent and knew how to handle this case. The Judge ended up granting "acquitted-not guilty" -which is rare. I trusted them and I am so Thankful for them. I would not hesitate to hire them or recommend them!

Given the severity of what could have happened if my case progressed through the court system – I was facing a tsunami of punition. Dina, while calmly spelling out the facts for me (because that's what attorneys do) also helped calm the waves of fear deep in my soul. But just like Moses, Dina hefted her legal staff and parted the waters, allowing me to reach the land of milk and honey by the short cut she had found. Dina’s retainer was more than fair. Dina and her partner James did an excellent job representing me in front of the prosecutor and court. They were able to convince the prosecutor to reduce the charges from a felony to a misdemeanor and to reduce the probation time to two years. They were very responsive to my needs and explained the process clearly. With their help, I got through a very bad experience.

I retained Dina when I was facing class 3 and 6 felony charges. Throughout the entire process Dina consistently made sure I was aware of how my case was progressing, and exactly what I would need to do along each step of the way, although she handled all the heavy lifting. There was never a time when I didn't know what the next challenges would be, and she made sure I understood how important (or not) each of them was. Throughout the time she represented me she was always the image of professionalism, and was consistently complimented by judges and court attendees for having documents prepared and submitted ahead of requirement. She knew exactly when to speak and what to say to make the judges happy and keep them that way (and we all know that happy judges give better verdicts, or at least mine did). Dina was able to negotiate for a plea deal better than I could have dreamed of, having the class 3 felony dropped and the class 6 to be knocked down to a class 1 misdemeanor after 2 years of probation. According to several other attorneys, this deal should not have been obtainable, but because of her good relationships with the judges and prosecutors she was able to arrange for a vary favorable plea agreement for me. Dina was absolutely amazing, and if anyone I know has problems in the future, I know who I will tell them to call.

If encountering a DUI in Tucson, AZ. I would most highly recommend Dina Dieglio. I was new to the area and Mrs. Dieglio went out of her way to be more than just helpful with not only the laws here but with also with my circumstances. She explained to me in detail what exactly my options were and she was very honest and realistic. After my father got himself into a bit of trouble, it was my job to find him representation and I have to assume someone was looking out for him, because Dina is the lawyer I picked, and she was amazing. She was always very upfront and honest about what the situation was and what the potential outcomes would be based on what path my father decided to take. She always gave us very realistic expectations, and was incredibly hard working and patient. I made a huge mistake at the beginning of this year and I needed to find a criminal defense attorney. My anxiety levels were through the roof with worries about my career and future.
