After being pulled over and charged with extreme D.U.I. I felt I was doomed. I was in fear of losing my job and going to jail. Dina took my case and right away I knew I was in good hands. I never had any problems contacting her with questions I had. I was always kept informed of what was happening during the whole legal process. After reviewing all of the information from the police report and interviewing the arresting officer, Dina found that there was some potential for us to argue the legality of the stop by the officer. Dina moved to have a hearing before the judge to challenge the legality of the stop. It seemed a slim chance, but due to her thorough preparation and excellent presentation in front of the judge, police officer, and prosecuting attorneys the judge decided in our favor. My D.U.I.case was dismissed! Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner! Dina didn't stop there though. We still had to deal with the dreaded Motor Vehicle Division. With a phone call she was able to ensure that the suspension was removed from my driving record. Try that on your own, or through the public defenders office!! The very reasonable fee was money well spent

I was in Tucson, AZ from Sacramento, CA for a funeral. I had driven all night after work to make it on-time. Following the services, my sister, brother-in-law and I spent five hours at dinner reminiscing. When I left dinner I was exhausted and drove directly to my hotel. En route, I rolled through a stop sign and was pulled over by a City of Tucson DUI officer. My exhaustion and lack of sleep demonstrated signs of intoxication when issued a number of sobriety tests and therefore I was issued citations for DUI and running a stop sign. Following my arrest, I was subjected to a mandatory breathe test which was well below the Arizona legal limit. Needless to say, the burden of defending my innocence was no longer in the hands of law enforcement. I interviewed three lawyers by telephone once I returned to California. Each responded professionally and promptly to my questions. I chose to work with Dina for four reasons. First, she thoroughly understood my situation based on her personal experience. Second, she gave me no false hopes when describing how my case could proceed. Third, she had resources (close working associates, e.g. assistant(s), other associate lawyers, etc.) immediately available. Four, her fee was quite reasonable. Once we contracted, she and her assistant went right to work. I was constantly informed of progress through emails, AND, most importantly, personal phone calls. Dina was successful in getting both the DUI and stop sign violation dismissed which was unexpected and overwhelmingly appreciated. I highly recommend Dina as her demeanor and work ethic are what you would expect from a professional lawyer. Thank you.

Dina and her office were amazing to work with. They were there for me every step of the way. They can me hope, but not false hope. I eneded up getting my DUI dissmissed and they are still there for me. I really recommend Dina to everyone. Even if my case was not dismissed, they were just really great to work with. I remember when I was going through a hard time - Dina had some very nice words that helped get me through it. I am not an easy client- I am needy, ask a lot of questions and they helped me through it all. Thank YouDina and Theresa too!
