As a victim of domestic violence (and I also have a TBI) I called this office for the advertised "Free Consultation" for direction on what do. I was told by the abrupt and unfriendly lady who answered the phone that it was $325 for a 1 hour consultation. I asked about the 1 hour "FREE Consultation" and was told that was " to see if the attorney would accept my case and go over the fee structure " Consultation? WOW! UNBELIEVABLE! Never have I encountered such an arrogant and "it's all about the money" from the second the phone was answered! And yet they advertise that the lead attorney is ex military and all about helping people! Wow! What a let down.

Carlos was recommended by a friend. I am extremely pleased with his work. He has helped me with two cases. The first case went very well. He handled it quickly and is currently working on the second. He and his assistant Judith have been a pleasure both are very informative and keep you updated. I appreciate his time and patience! Carlos is straight forward, he takes his time to be sure everything is understood before moving forward. You can tell he enjoys what he does and has pride in his work. I hired Mr Medina in a precharge case. He called the law enforcement agencies and told them he was representing me and any questions would be redirected to him. It's stressful enough with the matters at hand and nice to know you don't have a shark just trying to get your money. He's local and understands to the fullest extent of the law.
