I highly recommend Jake. He achieved a very good outcome for our adult disabled son through a very difficult and complicated case. Despite numerous challenges, Jake’s expertise, patience and clear thinking led to a successful resolution.

Many Lawyers I contacted wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to fight a protective order filed against me. Jake was straight to the point, and told me it would just be a big waste of my time and money. It wasn't the good news I wanted to hear, but the honesty I needed. He made sense, while being blunt, and saved me from more hardship during the toughest time of my life. I appreciate his blunt honestly and quick council.

One of the negative reviews on here are from my soon to be ex husband, if that tells you anything about how good Jake is! Definitely wouldn’t want to be on the receiving end! Very impressive! I've lived an honest life over the past 20 years. But I have a troubled past with more legal experience than I'd like to admit. I would elaborate on that but it's too embarrassing and most definitely not my proudest moment. I recently found my own son in a similar situation. It was due to the nature of the offense and the severity of the charges that concluded my decision to hire a lawyer. Most people don't have a budget for this type of thing. It put me straight into debt. I don't mind the financial burden though. I believe 100%, that my son received the best possible outcome. The plea agreement included significantly reduced charges, probation eligibility, and a deferred sentence of one year. If probation fails, he will serve about 3 months. The public defender's office told me that he was looking at 15 to 20 years with no plea yet available. Jake is an amazing attorney. His staff are exceptional. The communication was an A+ and it didn't stop there. Every person I've spoken with appears to be educated with the legal process. They were able to provide answers and handle additional requests when necessary. What a great team to have on my team! I'm not just giving them a great reference. I'm speaking from my own personal experience of 20 years as a criminal that was consistently in and out of the legal system. I know what I see. I hope I never need them again. But if I do, they you have a client for life!

I can't say enough good things about Jacob and his team. He was amazing from day one of meeting with him. He is honest, hard working, extremely knowledgeable, guided me through trial and also helped secure the safety of my children. I am so eternally grateful for all he has done for me.
