In my experience, this attorney is a gem. Mrs Molnar is knowledgeable and determined, and she is so dedicated. without her, I would be up for deportation but she was so Vigilant and thorough that without her my situations would not have gotten resolved, and I would have a lot of problems. However, thanks to her, I can move on with my life and focus on being a better person. I highly recommend anyone with any legal problems to hire her she will fight for you, and she will make sure that you get the best outcome. There should be no other choice. Choosing her would be lucky for the client, and it would certainly guarantee the best outcome.

I used Rachel's services to consult with, and help me in the process of filing for (and successfully obtaining) my US Citizenship back in 2020. I've worked with a few immigration attorneys over the years (or tried to work with them, anyway) and the thing that was different about Rachel and her team was that they never treated me (their client) as a source of frustration. Do you have a 35 questions about the process because you're overly anxious by your very nature? No problem. She'll answer every single one of them until you feel satisfied: If you feel something isn't working, or is incorrect... she won't treat you as if you're a fool, or tell you to stay in your lane. Instead, she'll take extra time and explain to you exactly what/why things are the way they are. At least that's how it felt to me the entire time I was working with her. You can't buy that kind of patience, compassion, and caring spirit. Excellent work, all the way through. I'd choose to work with her again without hesitation.

We used Rachel to apply for a Green Card. She was able to advise us as to the proper documentation needed, process the application and prepare us for the interview. I doubt we could have done it on our own. I felt that the flat fee was reasonable.

It's necessary to be extremely careful when dealing with immigration matters. Rachel Wilson is very nice, but woefully inexperienced. The advice she gave me and my husband was absolutely wrong, and based on a kind of naivete that no immigration lawyer should have. A more successful and experienced lawyer we consulted -- unfortunately after we'd already taken Rachel's advice -- told us that she'd made a mistake, and so did one of the agents at the State Department. When I told Rachel that she'd erred, and that we might be facing a long separation because of her advice, she persisted in saying she was right. I appreciate her dedication to political causes, but that dogged sense of conviction is terribly misplaced if it prevents a professional person from learning from their mistakes -- especially when someone else is paying the price. This is a very complicated are of the law. Choose a highly rated veteran, even if it costs you!
