So......after some time of fighting with trying to essentially financially stay afloat, we found ourselves stressed and wondering what to do. We always knew what all the options were, but when push comes to shove, you have to do what you need to do. Knowing that you would have to talk to some lawyers, that in itself can be stressful because you want to know that the person you are talking to will be sincere about your needs. You want to feel that you are not just another cash cow. Having talked to a few lawyers, we decided to go with Wayne, and that was within minutes of leaving his office. Why? Well, Wayne paid attention to what our issues were. He listened and listed the options. He listened and answered all the questions we had, even some that I had asked more than once. It's almost as if Wayne was family in the aspect of the concern he showed when we talked with him. That stated, I would not recommend Wayne Mortensen if you want a lawyer that is just out for your money. I would not recommend Wayne Mortensen if you aren't interested in getting any help, or get any good information, and the very least, a lawyer that is serious about your needs. If you need help, and don't need any of that, Wayne is not the man for you. But if you do want all of the above and more, and want to know that there is a lawyer that cares, Wayne Mortensen is the lawyer for you. Have a question? You call his office and an assistant will take your message. Now, while you may have to wait a little bit to get in contact with Wayne, but rest assured that he will certainly call you back and answer your questions. He listens and has your best interest in mind. Again, Wayne Mortensen is the lawyer for you if you if you want someone who cares more about seeing you get the representation you deserve and the hope you desire.
