Very pleased with my consult. Mr. Kimminau was straightforward and extremely knowledgeable.

This guy got his but kicked by someone that did not even have a lawyer and represented themselves in court for the first time ever !! Came into court and represented herself and made him look like a beginner!! He failed at every point and seemed as if he was lost !!!! And from the results he was !!!!!! But at my dime or should I say at the 20K Thrush Law firm charged and did not even finish!!!!!

Brian is all talk. He made sure to talk just long enough to hit the one hour mark of his rate. My disappointed is what motivated me to write this review. I made the mistake of not reviewing attorneys, I'm writing this and hopefully you don't hire this guy. There are good attorneys out there, Brian is not one of them. Do you own research and you'll find others that have similar comments. Good Luck!

We hired Brian for a child custody case. Everything he told us that was going to happen did not. I don't recall him using any exhibits either that we had given him. Unfortunately it was a waste of time and money. I would never use him again

He was extremely knowledgeable and fought for me like my kids and I were the only people on earth who mattered. I interviewed several lawyers and I knew within about a minute that he was everything I was looking for and more. I highly recommend him - he's worth every penny!

When i met with Brian he was very reassuring about my case, unfortunately the assurance stopped after i left his office. My case was highly volatile and needed an emergency filing. After being told it was taken care of it was 2 weeks until it was filed. That set the pace for the whole ordeal. After the thousands of dollars already spent i wasn't able to retain another attorney. Not only was he lax in filing documents he was just as lax as informing me of any responses from my ex or the court. I actually informed him when the judge made the final ruling, unbelievable! Thank God for the Superior court website case search. Spend your hard earned money on someone who is going to care about your case!

After a 20 year marriage ended, I sought legal help through a Paralegal. When it became apparent that I was going to get nothing out of my divorce, I looked through the phone book and interviewed several divorce lawyers. Brian was the last lawyer I saw. He was the only one that took a real interest in my case. I really felt like he had my best interests at heart as did his Assistants. He was very knowledgeable and took action right away. I used brian for my divorce case and he had a lot of hot shot talk in his office but dead silent in court. I discovered that all his hot shot talk is his way of racking up office time to drain your retainer. I constantly had to call him to make sure he was keeping the ball rolling because lack of communication. Which he would charge me. I should have to pay to motivate someone I've already paid to do a job.

MY DAUGHTER INFORMED ME OF THE COURT DATES AND OTHER IMPORTANT DATES. I DID NOT RECEIVE ONE COURT PAPER FROM HIM. HE WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL WITH MY CASE. I WOULD OF DONE BETTER REPRESENTING MY SELF INSTEAD OF PAYING HIM FOR WHAT I FEEL FOR NOTHING.
