.Matt and his very competent staff handled by case (chapt. 7) for much less than others would have. I was always made aware of dates and what my responsibilities were.I have the upmost confidence that he does that for all his clients.

I LIKE TO SAY IS THAT MATTHEW FOLEY WAS VERY HELPFULL WITH MY BANKRUPTCY AN TOOK THE TIME TO GO OVER EVERYTHING IN MY BANKRUPTCY CASE. I was terrified when I walked to Mr. Foley's office, I have never been to a lawyer office before and I didn't know what to expect, when he started talking after he heard me he was very calm, great manners and explained that he can definitely help me, I was too scared that we might loose our tax return, but he explained that since we just moved here from Texas Arizona's law won't apply and the he will bring Texas's law here, he also said that it is a God given which made me even calmer, the fact that he believes in The Lord mattered more to me, I trusted that the Lord sent him to help me out! I forgot to mention that I filed by myself using Up Solve and they almost cased me to loose my family's money ! I would definitely recommend Mr. Foley he is amazing all in all, go see him you won't regret it!

The team is amazing! Don't go anywhere else. They will treat you with respect and give you honest answers. They are fantastic. They helped me with the process and made sure I understood it as we went. Very responsive if I had questions with multiple options for contact depending on when I had questions. Not gonna lie, I was sold when I walked in the office and saw a dog. I mean, that just made the atmosphere feel very welcoming.
