I spoke with Jeremy Killpack yesterday. I have been through so many ups and downs with my disability case. I finally feel like I have somebody that will represent me in a fair, yet aggressive manner. I can't say enough good about this law firm. They are very pleasant to work with and there are extremely professional! UPDATE: I had my hearing on April 1st where the opposing doctor was slamming my case pretty hard. Mr Killpack was very polite and just asked a few simple questions to which the doctor replied "yes". Mr Killpack change the entire course of my hearing and I won!! I cannot say enough good about this law firm! I had been denied twice already and they presented the facts and proved my case. If you want the best representation for you Disability case, don't look any farther!!

I had a different lawyer before I came here and was overwhelmed and left feeling adrift with no guidance on my case. Hallinan & Killpack has been a very different experience. Everyone here has been very helpful, kind and understanding. They help with paperwork, reminders and are always there to answer questions.
