Mr. Miller was courteous and kind. His staff wasn't prepared.

Long past due, but better late than never. Mr. Miller and Kathy were awesome! During this difficult time, they were able to get me a VERY favorable outcome. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and answered any questions I had. Although divorce/family law is not an easy process to go through. They made it as smooth as possible, even when things got difficult. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend this law practice to anyone. *edited to add after Mr. Miller's response--Mr. Miller demonstrates either a cognitive issue (as another reviewer has stated) or he is blatantly misrepresenting facts in his response. I was a client of his and consulted him for help with a cease and desist. He did an extremely poor job, in my opinion. I have all the letters and communications from him during this time period (during COVID). His response to me--whether he's forgotten I was a client or is just lying--and his response to others who were dissatisfied demonstrates EXACTLY why you should not hire him. I'm sure he'll answer this in the same disrespectful and dismissive manner he has others. AVOID.

Michael has a cognitive problem. He forgets within minutes of speaking to you. Did a horrible job on my son’s custody case. Didn’t present anything we submitted for our side. He arrived late and disheveled to court. Couldn’t keep names straight or anything. Didn’t ask questions he was supposed to of witnesses. He really needs medical help. Not just saying this because we are unhappy with the outcome. We said this directly to him and Kathy while the case was going on. Don’t get this lawyer even if he’s the only one you can get as was our case with Covid.

This may be long but I am a long term client and want everyone to have a true review of my personal experiences. Mike and Kathy are among the best in the law practice field. I have been with Mike and Kathy for 2 divorces and many other long term items that I have needed help on. They are professional and genuine and know what they are doing and truly care about their clients best interest. You will see some reviews that people leave with negative feedback but an attorney team can only be as good as their clients allow them to be. They helped guide me through a rough custody case which ended up going the way I prayed it would this impacted my life in a way words will never describe. Every case I have brought to them I have done my leg work and provided them with what they have needed to do their jobs and they have never let me down. I am a long term client and can’t speak positive enough about them they are the best and Kathy is an amazing extension of mike and vice versa. I would always recommend them and do whenever I can. There is a reason Mikes practice has been around as long as he has and it’s simple he and Kathy are the best.

Mr. Miller and his assistant Kathy did a fantastic job helping me through a difficult divorce. Kathy was always there to explain what was going on and check on me to see if I was okay. Both Mr. Miller and Kathy went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I feel blessed to have them help me in this difficult time of my life.

Very pleased with Mr. Miller and his assistant Kathy. They gave personalized and compassionate care in assisting my daughter during her divorce. I would highly recommend this firm.

I would give zero stars if it was optional. I hired Mr. Miller and his team to assist with child support/parenting plan/order of protection back in November of 2020. I have gotten nowhere as of May 2021. Have yet to see a judge. I have been convinced to make choices I didn't want to make by the paralegal (it's illegal for a paralegal to give advice by the way). I was billed for conferences that have NO minute entries or existence at the courts, charged for emails that I was advised to send because of the lack of communication between attorney and paralegal , charged at 1/3 of the hour instead of our contract agreement of a 10th of an hour on 2-5 min phone calls, and have completely been charged at the Attorneys rate when I have mostly been dealing with the paralegal. I challenged the fees over a month ago and have yet to hear back. IF YOU DO CHOOSE to work with this law firm, please ensure to keep all phone records and emails, as you will need them when they claim you owe more money than what you have given. Also request a monthly invoice, as I have received only 1 bill since they have been hired. This is a ridiculous law firm and very unprofessional.

My divorce has been a painful and emotional process. Michael and Kathy are an amazing team and took the time to listen to my concerns and give an honest evaluation of my situation. They also work tirelessly to resolve as much conflict as possible and always put the well being of the children involved first. Michael is a master at his profession and is kind and thoughtful when dealing with emotional issues.
