I was billed for conferences that have NO minute entries or existence at the courts, charged for emails that I was advised to send because of the lack of communication between attorney and paralegal, charged at 1/3 of the hour instead of our contract agreement of a 10th of an hour on 2-5 min phone calls, and have completely been charged at the Attorneys rate when I have mostly been dealing with the paralegal.”
