Richard has handled 4-6 legal matters for me, one of a serious and protracted nature. He certainly cares for his clients and ethically pursues the best possible outcome, but is unafraid to throw down the gloves and fight when necessary. He kept me well-informed, I understood all may options and he received my input thoughtfully. His background as a professional engineer and a long-time businessman with an MBA, gives him a well-roundedness that is not always seen among lawyers. Finally, having learned the specifics of his so-called "disciplinary record," what Richard did was 100% commendable because he gave a voice to a juvenile client who was counting on him and whom no one else would help. He was the only one in "the system" to reach this young man and he put his client's rights above a judge's bogus order. Well done, Richard!
