The whole process was so easy and Heather answered all my questions and put my mind at ease about adopting my great-granddaughter. She had all the paperwork ready and the whole process was so smooth. Heather and her staff were so amazing. Everything went so fast and accordingly. She even handled the birth certificate so it was one less thing we had to do. If we are privileged to adopt again, we definitely will be coming back!
