I met attorney Kevin Kinghorn and his team at a very difficult time following the sudden death of my father and the death of my mother shortly thereafter. Kevin and paralegal Amber Kirkley were kind, patient and professional in the administration of my parents' estate. My father had a trust with Kinghorn Law and after his passing, I became the Trustee. I retained Kevin's firm to do the Trust Administration and worked with Amber from their office. Amber was able to resolve all of the issues dealing with Canadian investments, Treasury Direct, creditor notices and many other items. She is also creating beneficiary trusts for the survivors and taking care of all paperwork. It has been a difficult process in dealing with the loss of a parent but Kinghorn Law has been there to assist in every aspect of the entire process.
