We have just updated our will with Loose Law Group. They were very professional and efficient. They made the updates as requested as well as recommended a special needs trust for our autistic son. Drafts were sent via email. We went in to sign the papers and were done.

I recently had the Loose Law Group draw up an estate plan for my family, and they did an excellent job. This plan included a trust, wills, living wills, mental and regular health care POAs. They completed all of these documents in a timely manner and were responsive to all of our questions along the way! All of his staff were pleasant and professional to work with, and they even gave us a copy of Don's book on AZ estate planning after we notarized all of the documents. I would definitely return to Loose Law for any further updates to our estate plan.

Twice I've had Loose Law Group put together an estate plan, with this time including living trusts for my wife and me, as well as the POAs, wills, etc. Lindsay Mellon developed the documents, with extensive tailoring to meet our special circumstances. I worked with Loose Law Group many years ago on my Estate Planning documents. After my Daughters passed 18 years of age I needed many documents updated. From the first call to the final signings all went very smooth. We had a call with Attorney Lindsay Mellen to discuss my options and answer my questions. I couldn't ask for a better team to work with on items many of us put off too long. This team made it easy and comfortable. I will return when any "life changes" come my way in the Estate Planning world.
