Positive experience. Would recommend for estate planning.

We had our will, power of attorney, trust and other family planning documents redone by Lindsay Mellen and she was great to work with. She was very thorough and more detailed than the previous attorney we worked with. I would highly recommend Lindsay Mellen and Loose Law Group for estate, wills and trusts.

Our recent experience updating our estate planning documents with Don and his team was a good one, as was our prior experience drafting them a few years ago. We had many questions throughout those experiences that were always answered promptly and thoroughly. They are a very professional and knowledgeable group that we will continue to use in the future

I had a good experience with Loose Law Group. I asked a lot of questions, and all of them were answered, along with explanations what would be in my best interest. I felt they were looking out for me, and respected my wishes for estate planning.

We had our wills, trust, power of attorneys, etc. updated and it was a pretty easy process (even with the pandemic). Racheal was very friendly and helpful in the scheduling process for the initial telecon as well as for the final signing. Lindsey was great to work with and very knowledgeable. She provided advice and options to help us with our decisions and after signing all of the documents even provided suggestions for where to keep the documents and what else to keep with them to ensure we covered everything. This is a process that no one really wants to do, but they made it as painless as possible.

My husband and I were putting off our will assuming it would be so difficult to create one. The ladies at Loose Law Group made the process pain free! Rachel, Sara, and Lindsay were so helpful. Lindsay explained all of our options, walked us through each decision, and all in a timely fashion. Highly recommend! I have been meaning to write a will for some time, in the event of something unfortunate. I was planning on doing it on my own, but I paid for legal through my employer. Loose Law was one of the law firms that I had access to and I'm so happy that I gave them a try! Everyone that I dealt with was so nice and it was a pleasure working with them. Setting up a Will and Trust is not an easy manner, but Lindsey made it super easy for me. The only hard part was figuring who I wanted to name for the required duties. During these uncertain times, I feel like a weight has been lifted!
