DON’T HIRE this attorney. Check the Arizona bar for his disciplinary file. He was suspended. Be sure to read the case file it’s informative. I filed a complaint with the bar against Hector and he is on a “ diversionary“ with the bar. In one month Hector charged me over 900 dollars for copy changes. Failed to process or acknowledge disclosure from opposing side and did not get evidence admitted in time for a hearing. DON’T HIRE HIM!! You should contact the bar for a referral to a decent attorney. Hector’s fee agreement with me does not allow for arbitration. Why would a lawyer not want to arbitrate??? I would give NO stars but I had to give one to post this.

My experience with Hector was very good. Obviously this isn't a fun experience for anyone but he was exactly what I needed, giving me good professional advice. I hired Marc Bleaman after an awful experience with (Burner and Slow). I knew the insurance company’s job was to give the least amount of money possible and they did.
