Approximately twelve years ago Mr Bellovin represented me with some legal matters that took approximately a year and a half. During this time I had many meetings and conversations with Mr. Bellovin. I always found him to be honest, professional and a man of wisdom. Mr. Bellovin imparted wisdom to me that I still use in my life to this day.

I was unsure where to turn to after my accident because I had NEVER had to go through this before. I had to go through physical therapy, The chiropractor, and pain medication sessions, and so my bills started to add up and we didn't know who to turn to. I was referred to Marc Bleaman when another attorney would not take my 2 auto accidents because it was too close to the statute of limitations running. I spoke with at least 6 different law firms and none of them wanted to do the work on 2 small cases. The Bleaman Law Firm was great and got right on it. I was not sure what to do after my car accident. I know I needed medical treatment because of my pain, so I started there with a well known chiropractor I used to refer to as a medical professional. I was trying to deal with the insurance company on my own since the person that hit me had the same insurance as me. I was getting no where and it seemed to be more difficult than easy, I was no longer a valued customer, but someone they needed to make a deal with. I expressed my frustration with my doctor and he suggested Marc Bleaman's office. I called and it sounded like he had dealt with this situation before, and was very knowledgeable and honest about my chances and what my case looked like. There was less than 10K damage to my car, my injuries seemed not too bad, but he took my case anyway and said he would help in anyway he could. After getting treatment I was not getting better, and I was able to go to imaging through the medical lien, and I ended up having more serious injuries such as ruptured discs in my neck that were very hard to prove, but after Bleaman Law firm went through my medical records and imaging reports, they were able to get me a higher settlement from the other person's policy, and under-insured through my policy to cover what the others did not have. I was very happy with my settlement, especially since I was expecting to get nothing except for my medical bills paid. I am debt free and I also received money out of the settlement. Mark and his assistants always made me feel valued, and not just because they could make money, but they actually showed sincerity about my treatments and pain issues. I would refer Marc Bleaman to others, their office really knows what they are doing, and you will always feel like they actually care about your well being as well as your case. I am happy I was referred to him and my car is back to looking like new.
