Warning: If you write a comment with concerns they will drop your case. I’ a victim of domestic violence, My ex broke my arm. I came to Hector to help me out not to make my case worse. He refused to do any request I ask for and insisted that he does it his way. Last week it was very rough because not only I lost my case because of Hector but also I’m about to loose my green card. I called very frustrated asking if there is anything we can do and his assistance Anita yelled at me! I told her you understand my frustration and that I’m about to loose my green card, you are supposed to support me not yelling at me! She said you will know when I yell! A company as good as their customer service! I’m not talking about customer service when I pay the money but in difficult time like this. Hector promised me with couple of things on a hearing and the next hearing he would forget! He made me bring my friend from OH to AZ as a witness and then he ask why did we need a witness? He told me if there is a way I don’t know about it and I called another expert lawyer to help him out and asked him to call, he did not make the call! He did not even let me know if he will call! They canceled my appointment without talking to me first! I had to go and talk to another lawyer during my hard time because my lawyer or his assistant is unable to support me. Anita lost documents I sent her on different occasions, Hector forgot what the judge say or I say. I’m so disappointed. I will keep you updated Update 1/3 11:02 AM I called back to ask about an email I received this morning saying that Hector wants to withdraw from my case, Anita told me it is because of my review! I lost my 6000$ I payed because I expressed my concerns!
