I am an Iraq War veteran. On my third deployment I was injured. A gunshot wound to my left lower leg. As a result of my injury I underwent 21 surgeries in 25 months. My leg got infected twice. I lost my career as a Marine. My wife left me. If I could go back in time and talk to my 19 year old self, I would not change a thing! HOWEVER! If I could go back in time to before I hired Hector Montoya I would most certainly NOT hire him to represent me! Let me make this clear- I would rather get shot in the leg again than hire Hector Montoya. He charged me a truly insane amount of money and produced nothing! At one point in the custody hearing he even called my ex-wife’s lawyer by MY NAME!! This clown-shoe of a lawyer is the epitome of a family-law lawyer! Every interaction with him left me feeling like I needed a shower! The world would truly be a better place without him in it! Do yourself a HUGE favor- DO NOT hire Hector Montoya to represent you!
