My husband and I, a gay couple, engaged Beth Kruchek to do our wills and related documents this fall. Making personal decisions about wills is probably never easy, but Beth certainly guided us in the way right for us, and made it as procedurally easy as possible. She asked the right questions, answered our questions, both helped us meet our time constraints and met them herself. Even her office was conveniently centrally located! Beth was an absolute joy to work with, and the list of superlatives about our experience could go on and on. Imagine our surprise when we received the invoice for services rendered, and found it more than reasonable. My wife and I just needed to a reinstatement of our out dated trusted from another state. Former home and beneficiaries had changed. We went through two different law firms in Tucson before finding Beth. Our estate is simple all we needed was a couple changes ; home and beneficiaries. Firm 1. had us sign a ridiculous legal contract, charging us $3,800.00. Stung us along for over4 mos. in wasted meetings.Firm 2. Wouldn't even talk to us unless we signed a contract with a $250.00 retainer, and a cost of $3,200. Beth took my phone call and free consultation meeting. She is very proficient, kind, and listens to you needs. Doesn't try to push you into something you don't need. Gives good advise of the law, and makes you understand it in laymen terms. Doesn't over fill your head with a bunch of " legal terms" that are totally confusing. Highly Recommend .
